info needed on translation service

I went to NCS brent council today to submit the forms for British Citizenship and they held my documents because I did not have the translated copy of my kids birth certificate and asked me to have the translation done on the monday when the "One stop shop" which opens on monday which is one the same premises as the NCS brent.

My question:
1)Does anyone have any info if the "one stop shop" does the translation on the same day?

2)Any idea how much they charge ?

3)Does any solicitor also need to sign anything once the one stop shop has done their bit ..asking as I am not sure how this works?
