query on Tier1 dependant visa

query on Tier1 dependant visa

I have a valid Tier1 visa and due for extension in 6 months and I am in the UK for last 5 months but havent applied for dependant visa before, can i bring my wife to UK now in visitor visa and apply for extension for me main applicant and dependant visa for her in the UK while she has travelled in Visitor visa?
