does biometric appointment = visa approved?

hello everyone...
i applied tier 1 general on 4th may and got BM appointment letter on 30th april.
does it mean tht they have checked my documents?
does it mean tht they have gave me visa? whts chance of getting visa after BM is done?

Dear All,

First of all HO open or count ur application pages after getting the required fee clear, second they start thinking about ur application or taking in consideration all the evidence(s) after getting the biomatric

( statement based on comman sense, also my friend get inquiry after biomatric)
