ISSUE 1.
Please help me with this issue: I got married in 2008, I was given a permit to work and after 6 months my permit expired, and I applied again and was extended for another 6 months, after that the home office wrote me saying that my marriage was of convenience, the reason they gave was that I was younger than my wife who is 39yrs old and am 33 years old. the other reason they gave was that we had a cultural difference, and that we only had 2 proofs of address which had my name and her name on. We appealed against the decision which was turn down by the judge and after that I re appeal again and was turn down again. Now I have put another appeal for to the higher tribunal, and am waiting for the decision.
ISSUE 2.
I came to this country 2003, from Liberia, I seeked asylum and they refused my claim. 2007 I was caught working with a force passport, I was sentenced to 6 months and saved my time, and was released. When I was in prison my x-girlfriend was pregnant, and she now has a son for me which I took care off when I was working and I still visit right now, since I don't have any income I can't support my son or my wife. I applied for legacy while my marriage case was still outstanding by the home office, I haven't heard anything from my legacy case as yet, two weeks ago my son was granted leave to remain. What should I do with whats happening with my cases, would you please help me and give me some advise.
