Question regarding PEO Appointment Booking

I will be completing 5 years (WP+HSMP+Tier1 General) on 4th Sep 2011. I’m trying to book an appointment for week starting 8/8/11 (28 days before I complete 5 Years)
Just to check how soon can I book it, I rang PEO Booking Line 0870 606 7766. I was told to ring exactly 6 weeks before the date I wish to book. I just looked at Online Booking system and I can’t find any booking slot available at any of the PEOs from week start 1/8/11 which is exactly 6 weeks from now.
My queries are:
Does this mean it only shows booking dates within 5 weeks period although they say its 6 weeks?
To book for week start 8/8/11 should I look around 4/7/11?
Which would be the best way to book telephone or online?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Try exact 5 weeks and 5 days before your eligable date, you will surely get your day and time.

Thanks for the info...

In my humble opinion and experience booking online is more comprehensive, once you have gotten past setting up your login etc. You get a better idea of available dates and locations.
And costs zilch too!

PS: I have noticed that the appointments become available 6 weeks in advance in all the locations and are still available 3 days from when you look up in most main locations.
