ILR Success

Post by VishalG » Fri Jul 08, 2011 8:48 am

Hurray I finally got my (+ my wife's as dependent) ILR and my number to write here my experience as well.

Thanks to everyone on this site.

Plesae make sure you take new May2011 SET(O) form as I found this form on 5th and corrected that immidiately as I had april form which was wrong. so again great great thanks to this site and all the senior members.

PEO:Birmingham

applied for me and my wife WP1+WP2+Tier 1 (general)

Went at 10.45 for an appoitment for 11.15.
ticket number called at 11.15

They asked for did not ask for:
1) 12 Month Bank stetement
2) 12 Month salary slip
3) Life in UK test for me and my wife
4) Cohabitation docs (I gave consil + Rent)

and ofcourse passports (also took all the photocopies which when i offered the PEO was very happy)

Casewrokers was looking at the guidelines in some document and was making tick on that
it took me 15 min and then he said ok pay the money on next counter and come back in 2 hours i will give you ILR.

he didn't ask for anything else although I had everything.

Now I have to apply for my daugter's MN1 as she born in uk in 2008 and was on my dependent visa, I haven't applied for her ILR.

so don't know her staus now (is she illegal or what). and what documents to give along with MN1 form. as still in process of finding refree.

Thanks in advance
