Documents questions regarding Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Hi,

Once we get married, we will be submitting my fiance/wife Tier 1 Depdendant visa application.

We're going to submit the following documents:

* My passport copy (uncertified)
* My visa copy (uncertified)
* Original bank statements under my name to show maintenance proof
* Our marriage certificate
* Her passport
* Her photograph
* Her bank statements to show that we are currently living together

This seems to be enough, can members verify this for us please?

I have question on the passport & visa copy. No where in the documentation mentions that they need to be certified. Is that OK?

u should sent your original passport not the photocopy...rest is fine..

This is for Tier 1 Dependent application. My passport copy will be the primary Tier 1 holder.

include a good covering letter and phone/skype call logs OR email printouts..

Hi Gaurav,

Please know the correct answer before posting, ur just guiding him wrong. He only needs to send a copy of his passport and not the original passport.
What more clarity do you need, he has already stated that its a dependent visa.

xpscapable : Buddy just send a copy of your passport. And do send some docs like email or phone bill to confirm that the relationship is subsisting. The docs above looks good.
