ILR and using mobile whilst driving

Post by bluebird2011 » Thu Aug 18, 2011 11:55 am

I am due to apply for ILR in the next few months.

I have three points on my license for using mobile whilst driving (CU80).

I was issued fixed penalty by the officer. I did not go to the court.

Will this affect my ILR application.

Regards

As far as I know, Fixed Penalty is not any kind of Conviction. You dont need to mention, as long as it's not a conviction.
