Timelines / Process for Replacement BRP

Has anyone applied for a Replacement BRP because it was lost or stolen?
Just wanted to know an approx. processing time. I lost mine and have applied for a replacement. They've taken payment (shown on Credit card statement) but I haven't heard from them for about 2 weeks now.

Any guidance appreciated.

Could you please tell how long did it take for the biometric residence permit to arrive.

It took about 3 weeks, I had to go through submitting biometrics again. (Did at post office the day i recieved the letter from UKBA)
