Reg work permit visa

Hi there,
My nationality is Indian.
Im is Post study work visa now.I have got masters degree 5 months back.I now got internship in Canada.But company is not willing to take a lmo or work permit and they are insisting that If i get the work permit,my internship would begin.
And also they have told that I should not take tourist or visitor visa
Is there any other way to go to Canada next may through work permit?
Please help me out.

You could look at going as a Skilled Worker (points system) either through the Federal route or the provincial nominee, or even the Quebec sysem. the only drawback is that it takes a loooooooooong time to complete.
