Biometric Appointment letter

Hi
I have applied for Tier 1 PSW including my wife and got biometric appointment notification email. I just booked appoint and got it for 15 Nov. When I enquire at UKBA Biometric help centre they inform me that I should bring appointment letter. Can anyone suggest that how long does it take to get biometric confirmation letter after booking appointment?

Hi

Normally it should come under 3 days once you got Email, I would suggest check with UKBA if you have not got the letter yet.
