No tax, no NI for one year, ILR application any problem?

Post by ilrtier1 » Thu Nov 24, 2011 8:23 pm

Hi

I need to apply for ILR soon.

I was out of job in 2009-2010 for 8 months also. I was in the UK during that time.

I got a contract job after the 8 months and incorporated a ltd company to do the contract work. I haven't paid tax or NI in 2010-2011 year for the contract work. The reason was I took minimum amount as salary (less than Personal allowance) from my ltd co.

Please advice if anything of these above would cause rejection

Thanks in advance
