HMRC Letter

Post by Sunimal02 » Tue Feb 28, 2012 8:11 pm

Hi,

I will be applying ILR in PEO soon and I am covered under HSMP JR.

As per rule, I need to prove economically active in the last 5 years. I have all 4 P60s for preious years. (I would not get the 5th year P60 until April this year).

My question is, do I need to get a letter from HMRC for the employment history or is it enough to have only last years P60s? I have seen in some ILR success stories, people have submitted HMRC letter have a concern.

Please can anyone help.

Thanks in advance.
Suni

Thanks rajun13, is it a must document, or the P60's enough?

P60s are perfectly fine.
If one or more P60s are not available then alternate options are payslips or HMRC summary letter to confirm economic activity.

P60s for the previous years and Salary slips for this year will be ample! :)

I am in similar situation and got my big day on 6th March.
