Working Visa

Hi All,

My father is 55 years old and is has worked for last 35 years in India as a Sales manager in BATA INDIA LTD. I am on work permit and living here from last 3 years. He has come here to visit me. Can u guide how my father can get visa which grants him permission to work.
He is graduate and has done LLB as well. He has not practised it though.

HSMP would appear to be the most ideal option.
