Tier1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 switch

Hi - quick query - If the business is not doing well is it possible to switch from Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 visa if you find employment with an eligible employer who is willing to sponsor your Tier 2.

Hi all,

I'm also going to switch from T1 (Ent) to T2 (Gen). But companies house already dissolved my company and would like to know would this be an issue when they are processing my T2 application.

thilina098, hope you have applied for tier 2, I don't think it will effect, I have also think that when you are director of the company, I think at the same time you can not apply to tier 2, you must have resigned from directorship...But don't know need some guidance from seniors.
2- My application for tier 1 entrepreneur visa is with UKBA still waiting, I am thinking, If any company interested to give me sponsored job, can I apply for tier 2 visa before my tier 1 entrepreneur visa result comes. and how please guide me.
