The friend that i am telling is where i stay now. Anyone can help? Can the immigration lawyers help me?

There are very strict rules for domestic workers. Entry Clearance is a must.

The rest of the rules are:

(iv) intends to work full time as a domestic worker under the same roof as his employer or in a household that the employer uses for himself on a regular basis and where there is evidence that there is a connection between employer and employee;

(v) does not intend to take employment except within the terms of this paragraph; and

(vi) can maintain and accommodate himself adequately without recourse to public funds; and

Tiramisu - if you'd like to stay and work in the UK legally, you should be prepared to go back to your country and seek alternative solutions. Your intent (to come on a tourist visa and then change status to something more permanent) is quite common; that's why the government has created a number of rules and devices to protect the labour markets and the immigration system. By now I don't think there are any loopholes left to exploit with or without a lawyer.
