US Tourist Visa - Driving without Insurance in UK conviction

Hi, I am a Indian Passport holder, and live in the UK. I got my ILR in Jan 2011. I have a conviction of driving without insurance (march 2010) though i believe it was the fault of the insurance company and have papers etc to argue this case.

I need a US tourist Visa since i have booked a Caribbean cruise in April.
Can someone please advice if i will have a problem is getting the US tourist Visa?
