Traansitional arrangemnets for hsmp refusal candidates

Hello members,
Has any of the members who has got a hsmp refusal applied for a work permit based on transitional arrangements.
Does any one know what are the documents an employer will need to show to apply a WP for a hsmp refusal candidate ? I did some findings on this and I think, if we have a job for minimum 8 months and if the employer wishes to keep on employing us as a work pemit holder we cud apply for a WP, and in transitional arrangements case employer does not need to bother about advertsing for the job as in other shortage applications.
Please give your opinions if I am wrong.
