Trainee social worker referee

Hello,

I had a question regarding the 'Professional Person' requirement when it comes to choosing a referee for a naturalisation application. One of the professions listed in the guidance document is Social worker, I was wondering if a Trainee social worker would be an acceptable referee?

Thanks in advance for any input on this!

It must be an accredited social worker, registered with a relevant professional body. I'm afraid a trainee wouldn't do it.
