Transfer from student visa to HSMP or WP

Hi!

It is possible that this questiong was disscussed before so give me link please. :roll:

The situation is
My HSMP docs sent to HO

If now I will come to UK to study English in any language school whould I have a problems with transfer my student visa to HSMP (in case of approval) or WP (in case of HSMP refusal and if any employer was found)
