Hi guys, I recently got a job offer from an accountancy firm. It is not on the sponsor list but the director said they want me to work there. So they applied for sponsorship last week and we are waiting for the results. However, my tier 4 visa wont expire until May of 2016, is that ok if I apply for my tier 2 visa immediately after I'm allocated my COS number? Or I have to wait until my current visa is about to expire? Thanks a lot!! :D

Read 245HD(b)(ii), 245HD(d) and Tier 2 policy guidance.
