wp transfer

Hi all,
I am currently on WP tier1 since 3 years and 2 months.
I applied for a new job, and they not willing to sponsor for workpermit. I told them that its a simple transfer as im on Tier 1. They want to see my workpermit and then decide. Which information shall i give them so that they know its easy and straight forward application. Thanks
any suggestions or link to workingintheuk site.

since you have only a few months left, why not stick with your current job and apply for ILR later on?

Well the problem is I havent been paid according to my Wp salary, as my company bin in financial problems.As Im coming close to gettin ILR ,I thought its good idea to move company and get salary as stated on WP. My concern is
Will it be a problem if im not being paid proper salary, obviously I get proper salary in last 3 months or even before that but still Im not sure what affect will it have on my ILR.
My company tried to contact WP to ask can they lower my salary but their phone lines always busy and emailed them, they only give general answers ,so they had no choice but to lower my salary because of financial problems.They paying my taxes though.
Any ideas or suggestions, How shall i go about it
