Transferred to Tier 2 (general) from Old Work Permit-

Post by aati2008 » Wed Oct 05, 2011 3:37 pm

Hi,

I transferred to Teir 2 6 months ago, before that I was on Old WP. My ILR is due, which documents I MUST take with me. In the form somewhere it says if current stay is on Teir 2, and previously was on WP then we need DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE that he was employed throughout the year(5 years). what is this documentary evidence, is it pay slips, p60 or anything else?

Search for information posted by erstwhile WP / Tier 2 migrants regarding the documentary evidences they submitted / presented for their settlement application. Loads of success stories posted on the forum where you'll find all such details mentioned.
