Transferring money from Uncle's account

Hi all,

I have a query. I'll appreciate if someone can help me out on this. I am going to apply for PSW to Entrepreneur (£50000 route) visa soon. I don't have money in my account. However, my uncle who is a British national is willing to transfer £50000 to my account here in the UK. Is it okay to do this? I mean..do the funds need to be in my account for a certain period of time before I can apply?

As far as i know and according to guideline i can,t see written, It has to be in your account for how many days. if someone can keep money in his account its fine but again its not on any forum that u should keep it for how mnay days?
