Hi Team,

Im currently working in UK with Tier 2 ICT long term Visa. My wife will be coming to UK with the Visa Tier 2 Short Term Staffing.
She will be working in UK for 12 weeks and will have to go back to India.
Can i raise a dependent Visa for her immediatly or is there any cooling off period applicable.
Your response would be of great help to me.
