Documents accompanying the application for Permanent Residence
that are not in the English language,by whom should they be translated
and certified in ordered to be accepted by UKBA?

Hi,

There's a reason for translations of documents and legalization cost a fortune. The people who does such things study for long time to do their work properly and are bound legally by their translations.
