Hi,

An agent helped apply for my parents’ tourist visas to the UK to attend my wedding. On the online form, there was this question: ‘Have you been to any other countries in the past 10 years?’ and the agent put ‘no’, although my parents went to Cambodia and Thailand in the last 10 years. My parents told him to change the details but the agent refused to, explaining that only travel to the EU and EEA countries is important. The applications are now submitted and paid for so cannot be changed any longer. Has anyone experienced the same issue and still got a visa?
