I will respond because not many would, unless have held a personal experience.
Your father WILL NOT have any problems. Please supply your father with a letter signed by you outlining that you are in UK, that you wait for him at the arrivals gate and that you can be contacted on a number: 07^^^^^^^. Also, supply some form of evidence that you are in UK, such as a copy of a passport, some evidence of you exercising treaty rights (i.e. copies of a payslip - if outside of the initial 3 months since arrival in UK)
We have had a personal experience when my father flew in on the LAST DAY OF EEA Family Permit. He was not subjected to any sort of questioning. Good luck
