Travel to Spain

Hi everyone,

Can somebody advice me please. My application for RC was refused by home office due to few questions wrong in interview then appealed in court. Still my appeal is in Court.

In this situation can i travel to Spain as my wife is Spanish National. As my passport is with HO. Without my passport is it any how possible to travel to Spain by showing proof of my marriage to Spanish national.

OR is it possible that Spanish consulate in UK issue me some travel documents to travel to Spain.

Well it's a weird question
How it's possible to travel anywhere with out valid Passport/ID
And how on earth Spain can issue you a travel document? Unless you are a refugee..
Only your home country are an authority to issue a passport or travel document.
You should wait until your matter is resolved.
In my opinion you can travel only with your EEA partner if you have valid travel document at least.
You can be exempted from getting Shengen visa then.
Do not know how it's possible to board an airline without travel documents..
Why are you so desperate to travel to Spain?
There are people in the forum who are waiting for months or even more and could not go to home countries even to see their families.

This is correct. No passport = no travel.
