Is it possible to travel outside United Kingdom AFTER receiving my naturalisation decision and BEFORE citizenship ceremony?

I will use my old passport + ILR status.

Yes - you are only British once attended the ceremony - the email is only advisory.

Yes - just make sure your ceremony is scheduled asap, you have 3 months to attend it.
