Travel Visa - What you will be doing whilst stay in UK

Hi,

My wife is applying for Tourist Visa for 33 days. In application form there is one question

please enter details of what you plan to do whilst in the uk what will you do in the uk - Can she mention she will be travelling to London , Wales , Scotland ?
Or it has to be detailed ternary ?

Also accommodation address is of Exeter which is 4-5 hours from London. Will that be an issue ? Or in travel plan I should also mention she will be visiting beaches around PlyMouth

Not really an issue, it's very understandable that any tourists to the UK would want to do the typical tourist stuff which obviously involves a lot of stuff around the capital.

Plymouth has nice beaches, but you should check out Bigbury/Challaborough and also Polzeath in Cornwall
