travel with COA with work and EEA family member

Post by tazboys2 » Fri Nov 13, 2015 7:35 pm

hi all,

we will be travelling back to home with my wife and we have applied for EEA2 FM visa. I have received my COA with Work. How hard it will be coming back to UK after the trip with my wife for me?

thanks

If you are flying and a visa national, then not sure if the Stupid will accept COA as analogous to an entry clearance when returning to the UK.

If you make it to a UK port, then entry is subject to 11(4).

Check with the airline before travelling.

Appriciate the help Vinny. Is the airline or passport control at the leaving the country may cause trouble. Do you have any idea?

Thanks again.

It's probably the airline that may prevent a passenger, without proper UK entry clearance (such as an EEA family permit or EEA residence card), from boarding the plane when coming back.

Would it be possible to request the old permit back from home office? What can I get when I go back to home to come back?

Thanks
