Traveling out of country after 9th circuit decision

I was found removable by an IJ, but appealed my case up to the 9th circuit and got granted my appeal and restored back to LPR. If I travel out of the country, can the INS once again charge me with inadmissibility under multiple criminal convictions at the POE when coming back to the country?
