Travelling before applying for Tier 1 (PSW)

Post by rafidka » Wed Nov 30, 2011 2:37 pm

I finished my studies in August 2010 and got my official results some one month later. With the fact that I already got a job and working, can I travel outside the UK before applying for a Tier 1 (PSW)? Is there any risk?

Thanks for the reply @sushdmehta. I know that by law they "can" refuse my entry, but I want to know what I should practically expect. I mean as someone who is already working, have a valid bank statements showing the income, and is going to apply for a Tier 1 (PSW) visa soon, is there a chance I could by refused entrance?
