Hi, i have applied for my EEA2 application almost 5 Months back and have yet not received it.
However i did ask for my passport back as i urgently need to travel to India on an emergency
Can someone please suggest if i can travel back to India showing all my relevant documents such as CoA, Marriage ceritificate, etc and be allowed entry back in the UK?
I was earlier on a Tier 4 visa which has now expired

Please help!!!!!
