Need help please?

As I'm non EU but my wife she is EU and she is just started work in Ireland I applied for EU1, 2 weeks ago, Today i got my documents back, with a letter which says that i need to submit this documents.
1- Tenancy letter.
2- Utility bills in my name and my wife.

So I'm going to get the Tenancy letter tomorrow, hope get it quickly?

My Question is.

On the EU treaty site it says that when i apply for EU1 i get a card or stamp fourm which allows me to work while I'm waitting, as i got a job here in Ireland I can't work becouse i did not get any thing?

Can any one explain what i have to do?

First, i must say welcome to this great forum!

If your application was complete with all the documents required before posting it to eu treaty right section, they would have returned your documents with 2 letters, one letter is for acknowledging your application and the other is for you to take your local Garda(police) to get your stamp 4, this stamp will be placed in your passport and a card would be given to you which would bear your details and photo and which would permit you to work.

From what you said, it seems that you did not send all the required documents to EU treaty right section. You need to send in those documents that they required and they will reurn them back to you with a letter to go to the Garda and get a GNIB card which permits you to work.As soon as you do this, the better for you.

Would you pls tell us the documents you did not submit, and how many letters was sent to you together with your documents.

I did not submit this two documents before, I did not know anything about the Tenancy, but today i was there and applied for it as my Landlord gave me the fourm with the details and a postal order, hope i will get it soon?

The utility bills i did not have any as i just movied to Ireland on 23/08/2010, but at this moment i have a letter from ESP that i opened an account with them, (welcome letter) with my name and my wifes name, i think this should be ok untill i get my first bill.

They send me only one letter, with the information that, they included all the original documents i send to them and i need to submit the two things above.
