DEAR,
I AM IN IRELAND AND I AM ON STUDY VISA I WANT TO APPLY EU TREATY RIGHTS MY BLOOD BROTHER IS ALSO IN IRELAND AND HE IS
BRITISH CITIZEN WHO WILL SPONSOR ME FOR THAT VISA.
I WANT TO ASK IF I'M WORKING NOW CAN I APPLY FOR THIS VISA AS DEPENDENT OF MY BROTHER OR I HAVE TO BE UNEMPLOYED TO
BE QUALIFIED FOR DEPENDENT VISA.
PLEASE HELP ME IF ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION OF ME,

no, if u want to apply on behalf of your brother u have to proof ur dependency on ur brother. and u have to do lots of documentation aswell its not that easy for extended family member.

AND I HAVE TO LEAVE THE JOB FOR APPLYING EU1 TREATY RIGHTS VISA.

Hi Ebran,

I understand what you mean, would it look better if you were unemployed and would this help your case to show dependency on your brother. This is a tricky application to make at the best of times and it all depends on if you have documentation to show dependency from before your arrival in the State.
