Hi I applied for my settled status application recently but now me and my eu partner are separated living different address but still legally married law.
Will this affect my application?
Please I need your advice

Hi I have pending settle status application with Home office,upgrading from pre setlled status,my eu partner already had settled status and I link my application with hers but recently our relationship soars and we living different address with no intention of filling for divorce now and nothing has been reported to home office from my side,as I don't trust her she might have contacted them,do you guys think its gonna have any effect on my ongoing application?
And as she hold settle status do I need any documents from her?
And am afraid of traveling to my home country as I don't know what am going to face in border coming back to UK.whats your advice on this please.thanks
