Tribunal

Hello everyone,my case is a long story , my husband is the main applicant, we where on tier 1 general which is now closed and we where rejected ilr cause my husband was out of the country for more that the require number of days due to work, and this was because the company he worked for in the Uk was closed down Due to the oil and gas crashes few years ago .and he had to work outside to meet up the earning point.
We had no choice but to change to the flr .our kids where not up to 7 years in the country at the time of the application so we where refused.
The tribunal hearing is at the end of this February but they have now completed 7 years In the Uk in December the one I gave birth to In The Uk would be 7 years a day after the hearing.but the two I brought in have now completed 7 years since last December.
Can anyone advice on how to the outcome and good point to use at the tribunal.
