I am in trouble

I applied to extend my leave to remain in the uk on 15 january using pbs version 11/8 form for me and the dependents as policy guidence said maintenance fund was £ 800 consistent for three months where dependents fund was not consistent but there was required amount at the end balance ( as stated in the policy guidence version 11/8). now home office refused the application stating that I had not consistent fund for main applicant and dependents. it seems reasonable for the new rule recently changed but is it sensible to decide the application of January in May 1st in accordance with the new version of policy ?

could any one please suggest me how I could apeal and help by sending me with the 11/8 version of policy guidence for the main applicant and the dependents for the post study work as I could not find one anywhere in home office site.

do u have the copy of policy guidelines 11/8 if yes can u post the clause pls.

Actually, I was a student till September and switing to the pbs psw visa and dependents as psw dependents. Does the folloing clause mean end balance of the fund or for three months as I understood End balance
where main applicants and other tier's dependents are repeatedly quoted as there must be 3 months but the my catagory's dependents are not done so. lines are as follow:
" 30. If the Tier 1 migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more, each family member of the Tier 1 migrant must have £533 to support himself/herself".
and the word "available" sounds like it should be reflected in the end balance
