trusted financial institutions

from 04th of July 2011 UKBA will only accept evidence of financial support that is genuinly available to the student and one that is from trusted financial institution.

A: Can anyone tell me when this list will be published and what UKBA goes by at the moment as there has been no list published so far.

B: What does 'genuinly' means in this case? if there is cash in the account that mean the student would have access to it when needed unless is some kind of a deposit that can not be accessed for particular period etc...

these days UK is going to poor so they making tight rules.

becuse money and Gold ,which they get from the world (during occupying small states ) is going to finished
