Type A and Type B proofs not same

From the reading I understand that the Type A and Type B proofs are proofs of residency and not proof of address. would this understanding be correct ?

Due to difference in date of generating the Employment Summary Details. one of the year in between as old address. So my question is "Does Type A and Type B" proof have to be same. I mean if they are all proofs of residency in Ireland and not address proof then it should work ? Till the time both Type A and Type B are in Ireland this can work ?

I realised this when the Driving license renewal representative asked me for proof of residency and I asked if a Bank Statement would work. He mentioned he wants an IRP as the requirement is for residency and not address proof.

Yes, A and B are proofs of residency not address. The addresses listed are irrelevant. As you say, the listed address is often the current address, not address at time of the activity listed. ISD are aware of this.You will however have to provide at least one form of A and B that proves your current address. This can be additional to your 150 points of annual A and B if necessary.

In my case the, the documents jump between two different address as i lived with family and friends at different times. What i am worried is that address dont align do I have to explain that ? The last 2 years have been at same address so I have 2 Type A and 2 Type B if required.

Also, do the Type A have be generated in the year we are presenting it for
e.g. Employment detail summary for 2019. If it was generated in 2023 is it an issue. I am not sure how all these inconsistencies occured in my revenue but they scare me

None of those things are issues; you are overthinking this. Dates of generation and addresses are irrelevant for naturalisation.
