I have a gap in my documentation for Type B residency, but I am now ready to submit my file. I have accumulated more than the required residency days—likely around 2,000 days at this point.
However, I have one concern regarding a 50-point document for Type B residency:
From February 2020 to June 2020, I do not have any utility bills, phone bills, or a rental agreement. During this period, I was paying rent through my bank account, and I do have both my bank statements and proof of address. Additionally, I obtained a reference letter from my landlord which I still have it in my email, but he never added me to any bills or provided a formal rental agreement.
The issue is that the letter from my landlord does not include my address—it only mentions his name and states that I was a good tenant.
Would this be a potential issue? From June 2020 to the present, I have all the required documents, including more than necessary. Can I submit a cover letter explaining this gap instead? and Use bank Statement to cover it up.
Also, is there any format for the cover letter which I missed to see online?
