Guys..

I have a few questions which by reading around I do understand it is tough for a 23 yr old to get a visa but i wanna give it a go.

The problem is I am officially graduating in december but have finished uni now, I have been speaking to a large us company about the opportunity to come and work over in the us between 6 months and a year .. what sort of visa would I need as the time of application I would not actually have my certificate but could get a letter from my uni saying i graduate in december.

Opinions pls would be very helpful

regards

Anthony :)

Visit the state.gov website or the US embassy in the UK website and read about immigrant visas there. Also, ask your potential employers about how they normally go about recruiting overseas workers and what the requirements are (or indeed if they normally do things that way).

Try this http://www.aipt.org/ or BUNAC or similar programmes.
