Extension of Global Talent Visa under UKRI Endorsement

Hi,

I am currently working as a KTP associate and holding a Global Talent Visa under UKRI endorsement. I wanted to ask the following questions:

1. Do I need to get another job with another organisation funded by UKRI to extend my stay in the UK?

2. If I change my employer before the end of KTP and work at a private company in my expert field (Engineering and Industrial Processes), will I need to change or renew my endorsement from UKRI?

If yes, what will be the procedure?
If not, What documents will I need from the current or the new employer to extend the visa?
