GTV Dependent query

Hi all,

I am currently on Skilled Worker Visa which will expire on 23 Nov, 2023. My wife is on dependent visa which will also expire on 23 Nov, 2023.

I am planning to switch to Global Talent Visa this year. My question is, does my wife need to switch her visa as well? or can I switch my visa now and my wife change her when her current dependent visa is about to expire?

Any helpful answer would be greatly appreciated.
