Can I switch from tier2 visa(care worker) to PSW visa

Can I switch from tier2 visa(care worker) to PSW visa

Hi team,
With the hope to find the answer I am here to ask a question.
Actually we came to this country on January 2020 on a student visa.
Mrs on a student visa and me with 2 kids as dependent.Upon successful completion of her masters degree, she got an opportunity with one company to join them as a care worker and they will be sponsoring her.Now due to some reason the company sponsorship licence got revoked and her sponsorship is at risk.

Mrs completed her studies on January 2022
Got sponsorship visa on June 2022.

Now, is it possible to switch from tier 2 visa to PSW
(post study work visa) route.???

I will be very grateful if you could help me with the answer!

No, according to gov UK website you must be on a student visa to switch to psw.

In my opinion, she should look for another sponsored job. She can probably look for it until she gets curtailment letter. She'll have to apply for a new visa before the expiery date in the letter.

You can move directly from Tier 4 to PSW but if another type of visa obtained you don't get to move back to PSW.
As above, you both should lookout for visa with sponsorship and when either gets, the other can be dependent.
