Thanks Sunny.

I agree with Bhushan to contact UKVI via phone as I too did that yesterday and escalated my case.

Congrats!!

I am just curious. Can we ask for refund of priority application fee (500£) if the application decision is made outside their SLA (5 days)? Anyone tried asking for refund for delayed priority application decision (even if it is only few days delayed outside their SLA of 5 days).

Thanks.

Hi India_123

You can ask for a refund if the SLA is not met is what I know but my visa priority costs were borne by the Employer recruiting me.
So will leave it to their immigration teamif they want to ask for a refund.

Hi everyone, I thought I'd add my details for anyone in the same boat.

Applied for a Skilled Worker Visa (Updating to change employers).

Biometrics: 26th of May 2022 - 8 am

As of now, I have no response from UKVI. Not even a typical "Your application is delayed response".

Escalation ticket raised with UKVI helpline on Monday 6/6 and as of now no response.

Waiting time since submission so far: 10 working days
Waiting time since escalation so far with no response: 5 Working Days

Hi Sunny
I contacted TNT over phone giving postcode and name and asked them the consignment number.
They said they have not received any details yet for my BRP
You can try the same if you don't have the consignment number yet.

Number is 0345 608 0630

I applied on 27 May to get my visa updated on account of new job/employer. I used the UK ID check app.

This is 7th week now and I have not heard any update from the UKVI. The joining date with the new employer is 1 Aug, and I am getting a little worried now, as I see many examples here where people have not heard back for over 9/10 weeks now.

Most of the applications are delayed due to Ukrainian crisis. Hope for the best.
I have applied on 28 Apr and my joining date was on 4 Jul. I could not able to start as I do not complete right to work check.
