Dependent Visa Extension when main applies for ILR

My Spouse has tier 2 general visa valid from Aug-2018 until Sep-2023. She will apply ILR in Aug this year.
I am tier 2 dependent on her with validity from Dec-2018 until Sep-2023.

As I can not apply for ILR dependent at the same time she does, do I need to apply for a tier 2 dependent extension?
If yes, please can you help me with the below queries -
1) Max how many days before my current leave expires, I can apply for the extension or It will be at the same time she applies for ILR
2)What is the extension period I can apply for so that I can apply for ILR later.

You apply close to when your visa expiry only. You do not need to apply if you still have enough visa time left. The extension period is fixed so you get 3 years

Both of our BRP expire on the same date (07-Sep-2013)
While I understand I have to apply for an extension before expiry, do I need to apply before she applies ILR?
And Can I apply for IRL in December 2023 when I complete 5 years as Tier 2 dependant?

You should apply at the same time. You will apply under the skilled worker route dependant. You can apply for ILR when your 5 years is complete

1) What visa have they (Partner) applied for?
will it be skilled Worker?

2) And regarding Partner application details?
Will it be
Last Skilled Worker Visa Application UAN ? or
latest ILR Application UAN
