Difference Between Pbs Dependant Partner Visa And Tier 2 Long Term Partner Visa

Hi,
I have a visa - Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa, upto 3 years and working in UK for the last 1.5years.
I am planning to bring my wife on a dependant visa.

I can see 2 options in the visa4uk site.
1st option is click on the new service and select PBS Dependant - Partner Visa.
The 2nd option is to create an application using "Apply for someone Else" and give the Visa category as "TIER 2 (INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER) VISA" and Type as "LONG-TERM STAFF PARTNER, UP TO 3 YEARS".

Which should I be using? What is the difference Between Pbs Dependant Partner Visa And Tier 2 Long Term Partner Visa?
